Miracle Sisters Lice Removal

The ladies that work here are so great! They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I tried over the counter treatments for 2 and half weeks and nothing worked. I brought my daughter here 1 time and the treatment worked. I paid $169 but it was worth every penny. Highly recommend if you have lice.

I don’t normally save business contact info since I will just end up looking up who I want to use when I need the service again. That’s NOT the case here as they’re saved in my phone contacts should the need arise again. I called Miracle Sisters and asked a ton of questions. They were so patient! Upon walking into their shop, it felt like I was part of their community. It was like hair salons in the movies where everyone is family, the conversation is genuine, and you’re not just another person in the chair but a real human. I came back a few days later with my kids and they picked up where our conversation had left off like we were old friends. My kids felt right at home with getting their hair checked. Even though getting lice is more common than most people think, it still often feels like taboo to talk about it or have it. That’s NOT the case at Miracle Sisters. The whole process was so smooth and easy with the largest takeaways being that the issue was addressed immediately and quickly. I thought it was going to be a whole ordeal and my day was shot but that was not the case; I was able to be seen right away. After it was done, I could leave their shop and carry on about my day like it was any other errand on my list. I had some follow-up questions for out-of-town family who also wanted to get checked back where they live. Miracle Sisters gave me pointers to relay onto them so they knew what to look for in a place. I’m so impressed. All around, 100% worth it for their customer service, response time, and peace of mind.

I love this place and the people!!! As much as I don’t want to know this place exists I’m so glad it does!!! They are always able to get my girls in within 12 hours of calling (usually because it’s at 8pm when I call!) but usually sooner!!! I don’t know how I would have survived 5 girls with lice without you guys!!! Thank you for ALWAYS making me and my girls lice free and always with a smile! You guys are a joy to know!!!!

I can't say this enough....if you ever have the unfortunate experience of discovering head lice in your household, Miracle Sisters is the ONLY place to go. Getting the surprise at 10:30pm, literally a day before heading out of town for a long-awaited summer vacation, was not ideal. Those of you whom have had it, know the rollercoaster of emotions that hit the household...literally go from, we need to burn the house down, thinking life is over ;) to realizing the solution will not be too cumbersome. For us we texted the number listed on website at 10:30pm, and had a response back from owner in less than 5 min. Immediately calming us down, reassuring us that we could be seen first thing in the morning, and our trip was not going to be ruined. It should be noted, we still stayed up until 1:30am using an in-home lice removal kit methodically...while we knew we didn't do a perfect job, we thought we did it pretty well. Well guess what, the miracle sisters truly are professionals, and within 5 min after our girl being in the chair, we realized how much was still left in hair...don't get false-confidence from in-home kits...in my now experienced opinion, they don't compare to making a visit to Miracle Sisters. In closing, if you are looking for a time-tested (15 years) professional service, empathetic, caring, and informative help, that's priced reasonably well given the problem they are solving for you....then please give them a chance. I hope you never have to, but if you do...they are the best option. My family is so grateful for their help.
